Job Description
* Overseeing daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department.
* Preparing accurate and timely financial reports.
* Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
* Identifying efficiency improvements within financial processes.
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders on financial strategy.
* Managing a team of finance professionals.
* Analysing financial data and providing strategic recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
* QBE will be considered
* Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
* Understanding of P&L statements.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software packages.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
