Job Purpose / Overview
In this role, you will play a key part in helping us with customer queries to deliver a great customer experience with every contact—via telephony or written correspondence. Reporting to the New Connections Manager within the heart of the operations team, as a New Connections Customer Service Advisor, you'll assist customers in understanding the installation process and be part of revolutionising our processes within the team, delivering unparalleled customer experiences to both large and mid-market customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call Handling: Serve as a point of escalation for customer queries via phone lines.
2. Problem-Solving: Demonstrate keen problem-solving skills, addressing issues with precision and efficiency.
