MyHR Knowledge Coordinator Hybrid – attached to our Solihull office 2 days per week Full Time, Permanent Salary - £25,000 per annum Here at Serco, we’re looking for a Knowledge Coordinator to join our MyHR team and support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of knowledge across MyHR, as well as contribute to driving change within the department through analysis of data and customer feedback. You will support the MyHR Knowledge Manager in organising, collating, and maintaining information and knowledge across MyHR. As well as improving the effective use of self-service efficiencies within the business. As part of this you will: Support the knowledge management and change processes across MyHR. Co-ordinate/manage the MyHR Project change tracker, monitoring and managing project activities, ensuring updates are made & engaging with key leads across People and Culture. Be responsible for driving knowledge creation within MyHR, including checking, updating and amending knowledge articles on a cyclical basis, and turning information into a knowledge article. Analyse the available data to identify opportunities for improvement across the MyHR service, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement using technological tools or new knowledge articles to help improve the customer experience. Be accountable for social trending of knowledge within the MyHR portal and driving an increase in usage, views, likes and comments, ensuring customer feedback on articles is actioned appropriately. Work with new HR services teams and ensuring Knowledge from new services is processed through into ServiceNow. Support the People & Culture Team to identify gaps in knowledge and facilitate session s to create and/or update documentation / processes. Produce and articulate information in the right format, creating searchable resources across the business. Maintain the rigour around the legitimacy of information, document storage, data compliance and version control. Train employees on how to use the organisation's knowledge base and other knowledge management tools. What you’ll need to do the role: Excellent communications skills to be able to lead discussions and draw out relevant information. Excellent written skills to be able to produce well documented narratives. Working knowledge of CRM platforms. Working knowledge of MS O365. Ability to work independently or part of a wider team. Ability to prioritise workloads and time management. Problem solving skills. Desired but not essential Understanding of continuous improvement, including process mapping. Understanding of the other functions within an HR Shared Services environment. Support building a culture of “Knowledge Sharing” across People & Culture teams. Working knowledge of a Knowledge Management role. Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
