We have a very rare opportunity for an experienced executive level PA to join the team supporting our Chief Financial Officer and other directors. This is great opportunity to join the team and will be based at our head office on Fifth Avenue in Team Valley. The role will include the following representative responsibilities and areas of expertise: Time Management & Organisation Detailed time and diary management Inbox management which may include monitoring, prioritising and responding to correspondence and emails Arranging meetings and appointments, accommodation and transportation Preparing business and travel expense claims and following up as required Liaising with manufacturer contacts to facilitate meetings and contractual documentation flow Administration Excellent letter writing skills and dictation with a high attention to detail Multi-tasking on a daily basis to tight deadlines with minimal supervision Prepare presentations/documents on ad-hoc basis Minute taking for senior management meetings. Typing up of reports and action lists from meetings Set up and arranging meetings Our ideal candidate will have experience working as an executive PA to a senior board member of a larger organisation or will have suitable and comparable experience. You will be flexible, professional and uphold the strictest confidence as you will be dealing with confidential documentation and commercially sensitive information. You will be used to working within a fast-paced environment with competing and changing demands on your time.
