About the role
Our client is seeking a lawyer with c. 3-5 years’ PQE
Reporting to a senior member of the legal team, you will provide legal advice to a range of stakeholders on diverse matters including general commercial agreements, tenders, procurement, IT, and HR.
You will work alongside stakeholders across construction and engineering projects, providing assistance with both front and back-end matters, and advising on contractual and project delivery risks.
You will provide training to the business on contract and dispute management matters, as well as other legislative and regulatory changes impacting the business.
You will be mentored by excellent senior in-house lawyers.
About you
Experience in construction law, projects, and/or infrastructure related matters is desirable but not essential.
Lawyers with front and/or back-end experience will be considered.
Demonstrated solution-focused advice with a “best for business” approach will also be highly regarded.
You will bring an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to the role and enjoy fostering strong working relationships across the business.
