Your new role
This is a part-time interim Finance Director job - 2 days per week on-site in Chester. Duties and responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the delivery of statutory accounting obligations
2. Working closely with the external auditors
3. Oversee IT and HR processes, including a review of current systems and processes
4. Key member of the senior leadership team, providing support and guidance on financial matters
5. Oversee the 3-year budget process
6. Support the management of bank accounts and debt facilities
7. Finance team management and development
What you'll need to succeed
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with previous experience operating at director level in an SME environment.
What you'll get in return
Initial 6 month interim contract, 2 days per week with flexibility on days worked. Potential for the arrangement to be extended beyond the initial brief.
