The Senior Credit Control Lead will be responsible for supporting the credit control processes for our commercial customers across all countries in which Deliveroo operates.This role requires to lead by example when supervising direct reports to facilitate daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities efficiently and effectively. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3-days a week.
Reporting to the Credit and Billings Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Chasing debt on assigned accounts across all Deliveroo markets and ensuring any account issues are raised with the Customer or appropriate internal stakeholders
2. Be the escalation point for direct reports, overseeing and assisting with complex customer queries and disputes
3. Providing assistance to other internal teams as required to ensure the overall objectives of Finops are met
4. Ensuring that customer queries received are managed within agreed SLA
5. Continual review of customer accounts to ensure customer payments are correctly allocated
6. Regularly maintaining customer data in ERP system
7. Producing and maintaining weekly/monthly operational reports ensuring the relevant information is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
8. Assist with Month End activities to ensure an efficient close
9. Assist with special projects and liaise with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
10. Strong understanding of the Credit Control process, having held a Senior/Lead Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable role previously
11. A strong appreciation for SLA management
12. Strong systems experience and MS Office experience with strong proficiency in Word and advanced Excel and G suite
13. Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines

14. Systems Experience, Netsuite, Looker, Salesforce
15. Experience working for a Global company.
