We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This role will focus on promoting and selling a variety of products, including polycarbonate CS corrugated sheets, multi-wall CST sheets, PVC Agri liner corrugated sheets, and semi-finished products such as thermoplastics and PVC, across Northern Ireland and Ireland. These roofing products are primarily supplied to industrial and agricultural buildings, such as poultry, pig, and equestrian facilities. Our semi-finished products will target the fabrication, signage, and display markets. About The Role Training and Development: Participate in a blend of on-the-job experience and structured training programs aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and skills required to excel in sales. Learn about our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques to build a strong foundation in the role. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and outreach efforts. Collaborate with senior team members to build a pipeline of opportunities, driving new business growth. Customer Engagement: Develop and enhance your communication and relationship-building skills by engaging with customers and understanding their unique needs. Work closely with experienced team members to provide tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations. Shadow senior team members during client meetings to gain hands-on experience in the sales process. Contribute to executing regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments, including marketing, technical, quality, production, R&D, and commercial services, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and business development opportunities.
