What will I be doing?
1. Be a champion of brand standards & ensure guest & team safety at all times.
2. Support your General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
3. Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guests, keeping them coming back.
4. Be a role model and guide training and development within the team.
What do I need?
1. Previous experience and confidence in managing a team.
2. A passion for hospitality (If you know, you know!).
3. Be a role model of giving great service.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Be ready for anything the day throws at you (not literally).
