As a Shopper Marketing Planning Assistant you will be connected to all Shopper Marketing activity, supporting the Planning Manager in delivering a cohesive marketing plan that has the customer at the heart and supports business objectives. You will assist in managing new Shopper Marketing briefs to the team, will be responsible for delivering the day to day tasks and managing the central documents. You will be responsible for Collaborating cross-functionally with a multitude of stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements for any new Shopper Marketing briefs, from seasonal and brand campaigns to trade drivers Managing the weekly Shopper Marketing communication brochure to enable Retail to execute with excellence Support in managing and taking ownership of the essential Planning documents to ensure our briefs are clear, consistent and align to critical paths Support in developing ways of working processes both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our print and agency suppliers Use insight to help plan the execution of the activity to ensure the brief is truly customer focused Formally briefing Shopper Marketing Managers on all campaigns to a high standard so they can execute the activity with excellence Work with an extensive supply base across Print, Design, Creative and Experiential to ensure all parties are aligned to the workflow of the team, including chairing a weekly status meeting Support in driving innovation within the team, including further cost saving opportunities Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence You will need Previous experience of working in a retail environment including A passion for retail and creating excellent customer communications The ability to translate insight into action Excellent communications skills A collaborative approach to working and managing agencies and stakeholders Project or Campaign management Excellent communication skills LI-FC1 LI-Hybrid What's in it for you We're all about the little helps.
