Our client is a hotel on the Suffolk coast, with an award winning golf club on site. Part of a small group of individual family run hotels, country club and spa, the hotel offers diners a range of delicious classic dishes in the main restaurant and bar area.
What’s involved?
As Chef de Partie, you will be working in a team of 3 chefs; preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for you section. You will cater for lunch service in the bar area, which offers a selection of lighter meals and snacks and caters for an average of 50-60 covers and then dinner service in the main restaurant too. You will monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins whilst ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and health and safety at all times.
