This flexible role will see you supporting lessons across various subjects for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students throughout the whole academic year. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged. Support students in a variety of subjects across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Promote a positive learning environment, encouraging student participation and respecting classroom routines. Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a focused and respectful atmosphere. Provide feedback to the appropriate teaching staff about student progress and behaviour. What We're Looking For: Experience working with secondary school-aged students, preferably in a support or supervisory role. A proactive and confident individual with excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and year groups.
