Pertemps are recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to join our team in Wednesbury. In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day admin tasks, recording meeting minutes, processing DBS checks, and maintaining HR systems such as PayCircle, People HR, and Equator. You’ll also assist with onboarding new hires and support payroll activities. We’re looking for someone with previous HR admin experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with HR software is highly desirable.
