Position Overview:
Activate Learning have an exciting opportunity for an Art Technician to join our well-established Creative Industries team based at Bracknell and Wokingham College.
You will be responsible for providing technical support for our art and photography workshops and studios, ensuring teachers and learners are fully equipped for their lessons, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment in line with Health and Safety requirements. Additionally, you will support the teacher in delivering all teaching programmes and be present during lessons to offer additional support to learners if required.
Job Details:
This is a part-time post working 22 hours per week during term time (0.50 FTE) with an expectation of flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the department.

You should have knowledge of appropriate Health and Safety standards and ideally possess a relevant qualification or vocational experience within the subject area. A flexible approach, excellent organisational, and interpersonal skills are essential. You will demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes we seek to cultivate within our learners.
