As their new Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. Additionally support pro-active outbound initiatives and campaigns and be responsible for a sales pipeline following up quotations and closing down opportunities.
The role of Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for the following areas:
Providing solution based approach to formulating quotations
Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge
Collaborating with production, engineering and customer service departments to ensure viability of proposed solution and delivery time scale
Develop strong customer relationships to nurture and grow the customer base
Optimise customer satisfaction through continually improving internal quotation process
