Job Purpose As a Compliance Review Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the firms within the network comply with all relevant regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing and approving financial promotions, customer-facing materials, and stationery, while assessing the potential risk they pose to both the network and consumers. Key Responsibilities Maintain and review accurate records of financial promotions for partner firms, ensuring compliance with internal systems and regulatory standards Conduct spot checks of marketing materials (websites, emails, ads, social media) to ensure regulatory compliance Perform desk-based reviews of financial promotions and provide feedback to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance Provide feedback on marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards Report risks and concerns to management, recommending appropriate actions Produce MI reports and document all decisions regarding financial promotions Report breaches per the network’s policy, ensuring records are maintained Deliver training on financial promotions and compliance best practices to team members Role Requirements A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services sector CeMAP or equivalent professional qualification (desirable) Experience of working to tight deadlines A highly self-motivated individual Benefits Hybrid working arrangements once you've passed probation Opportunities for personal and professional development A collaborative and supportive team environment If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of financial promotions and regulatory compliance, we encourage you to apply.
