Our client, a well-established international moving company, is seeking an International Move Coordinator to join their team in Bedfordshire. Experience in the removals sector is essential. While international move management experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role prioritizes delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire moving process. Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for removal customer inquiries regarding their international & European moves. Review and assess removal clients and customer requirements and issue a removal survey if required. Plan the removal process and arrange any other required services (Packing services etc.). Arrange Insurance cover for the removal customer's moves. Obtain all customs documentation and deal with customs clearance. Liaise with the removal customers throughout the move and after to ensure that they are kept up to date and reassured throughout the whole process. Work closely with the internal operations department to ensure the correct resources are available and allocated to the move. Effectively deal with and resolve any claims and/or complaints from the removal customer. Maintain the budget for the removal to ensure the company profit targets are met. Invoice the removal and collect payment from the customer. Skills and Experience: Previous experience working in the household goods removals sector and move coordination is essential. Strong customer service skills and experience. Strong communication and numeracy skills. Comfortable with technology, specifically MS Office applications and CRM systems. EU customs formalities, A-level education, experience in EU driver hours regulations. Some experience with fine art would also be helpful.
