We are helping a professional accountancy practice in Bolton to fill an important administrative vacancy. The role will be full-time 9.30am to 5pm (mon-Fri) with thirty minutes for lunch, 35 hours per week. Job Description/Person Spec (not an exhaustive list) Telephone, secretarial and PA duties Building and maintaining client relationships Welcoming and assisting new clients Due diligence processes and maintenance of AML compliance Professional e-mails, sending out Accounts/Tax Return letters, etc Organisation of director's diary, booking meetings Software implementation for office where required Attend networking events in Greater Manchester Manage and attend company Expo's in the NW three/four times per year Full training will be given. We are looking for someone with personality, professionalism and motivation.
