* Based in a New Homes Sales & Marketing Suite, selling off-plan properties to buyers over 65 years old.
* Involved in marketing strategies to promote property sales.
* Advising on sales strategies and contributing innovative ideas.
* Participating in planning and executing sales and networking events.
About you:
* You should be highly consultative with empathy for elderly buyers.
* Experience in selling luxury properties to last-time buyers is preferred; however, consultative estate agents with empathy for seniors are encouraged to apply.
* Experience dealing with High Net Worth Individuals and sales experience are essential.
* You must be committed to delivering excellent customer service and selling New Build Homes.
