A highly reputable Housing Association is currently searching for a Finance Manager to join their brilliant London based team.
As Finance Manager you will be overseeing the end-to-end finance function, delivering month-end reporting accurately across departments and providing valuable insight into process improvement and leading on implementation.
Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing management accounts
2. Full oversight of Transactions team making sure they have support where required for Accounts Payable, Banking and Rent accounting
3. Ensuring that the trial balance is reconciled for annual financial statements
4. Provide relevant AR reporting to support credit control processes
5. Input to the year end and internal audit process as required
6. Collate and summarise reporting on a scheme-by-scheme basis
7. Enhance budget detail and monthly comparisons to actuals
