EP Team is a specialist solution provider to events, venues and stadia market. Providing bespoke products & services including technology, logistics, soft services and consultancy, the business is expanding its team due to continued growth and development.
Role Purpose
This role would suit either an events professional or a graduate with transferable skills looking to enter the events industry. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role that blends event planning, execution and operational excellence
In this position you will gain hands-on experience specialising in all of our services and working at some of the most prestigious venues and major events in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the planning and execution of event services to your assigned clients, with the full support of the wider operations team and business
Responsible for the safety, quality and efficiency of event operations, working to a planned budget.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver successful events.
Monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide on-site event management support, addressing challenges in real-time, leading a team of event staff to ensure effective delivery.
Work closely with the recruitment and resourcing team to lead, coach and mentor our team of supervision and events team members.
About You
An enthusiasm to work in the events industry, dispute the unsociable hours and busy periods during the Summer months
A recent graduate with a passion for events and operations management or an experienced event professional with 5 years experience looking to take the next step.
A Bachelor's degree in Event Management (preferred/ not essential).
An effective planner with the ability to make confident decisions and create quality documentation.
Strong ability to evaluate conflicting priorities and drive forward practical solutions to multiple challenges.
Strong organisational, administration and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
A proactive mindset with a keen eye for efficiency and improvement.
A drivers license is essential and able to travel to Crick, Northamptonshire NN6 7DU on a daily basis.

Hours per week: 45
Salary Range: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
