\nTHE ROLE:
\nThe firm are looking for an experienced Private Law Solicitor to join their busy Family Department. The ideal candidate will confidently manage a caseload of divorce, finance, and children matters while representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations. This role involves travel to courts and other offices.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nThe appointed candidate will be a skilled Family Solicitor capable of managing their own private caseload independently. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a mix of Legal Aid and private family matters across all areas. Proficiency in using CCMS and a strong understanding of legal aid criteria are essential for this role.
