Job Description
Finance Manager & HR Assistant Operations for our small yet global, high growth planned, London HQ consumer health, wellness, mindfulness, FMCG / CPG client who sells from their D2C Website, Digital Marketplaces, Amazon, and celebrity or household name B2B2C brick and mortar and their digital channels. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional from a £10M-£75M Revenue size, 10-50 person, Consumer industry / Retail / eTail type company (at least once in your career history) to take on a hybrid role that combines the best of Finance, AR, Payroll, Analytics, Reporting etc (60%) and Human Resources (40%), which could be a great career path to Operations Director in either team and beyond.
Responsibilities
1. Finance Support: Keep financial records sharp, manage accounts receivable, invoicing, bookkeeping (e.g., Xero), and track expenses with precision.
2. Data Analytics: Highly numerate and excellent with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
3. Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accuracy and stay ahead of regulations.
4. Performance & Talent: Administrative support to managers/individuals for reviews, guide development goals, and manage recruitment efforts.
5. Shape Culture: Administrative support to managers to drive initiatives that foster positivity, inclusivity, and high performance.
6. Smooth Transitions: Own seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
7. You will receive direction, coaching and support from the Head of Finance and COO.
8. Lots of training and coaching available for HR aspects if needed.
