Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Term-time Only

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Support individual pupils and small groups, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
* Prepare classroom resources and materials.
* Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
* Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
What We Are Looking For:
* A recent graduate with a passion for working with children.
* Any graduate degree will be considered, provided your skills are suitable for the role.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A positive attitude, patience, and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
* Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
