The Job:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be very much in the public domain making sure that you are helping and contributing to the daily customer experience throughout this 5-star environment you will be working, as well as learning and developing your skills in all areas of great customer service within a food & Beverage remit within the day to day operation, you will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the property infrastructure and as Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to deliver the very highest service standards within this luxury and award-winning operation.
The Person
Ideally, we are looking to attract experienced Food and Beverage individuals who have gained a strong and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and work in a highly luxury marketplace environment.
Preferably WSET qualified and from a 3 rosette of higher background.
