SF are delighted to be working with a fantastic engineering business who are on the lookout for their first HR team member.
This role is the ideal standalone HR Manager role who will have full support from the Finance Director. We are looking for someone who can manage full 360 HR, from onboarding to policy improvements and benefits implementation. This role needs someone who can come in and hit the ground running, who is collaborative and competent, and able to build a strong HR function from the current base.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar level role. Industry experience is a bonus but not essential, along with:
1. Ability to identify trends and have commercial awareness regarding headcount and resourcing.
2. Experience in implementing a benefits package and managing holiday calendars.
3. Supporting and guiding line management across sites.
4. Identifying gaps for improvement and having implementation experience/knowledge.
5. Holding CIPD 5 or 7 or being a strong QBE (qualified by experience).
This role offers up to £60K depending on experience and is an office-based role in Ross-on-Wye, with potential flexibility once settled in. Ideally, we seek someone who is able and happy to work in the office full time.
The day-to-day responsibilities for this role will be ever-changing, so we need someone proactive and flexible to embrace changes and make this role their own.
