Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective team management strategies
* Maintain a strong operational focus with short and long-term business decisions
* Ensure exceptional customer experience and consistency in service standards
* Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and due diligence
* Optimise productivity and minimise costs while maintaining quality
* Manage company property, cost control, and sales figures effectively
* Regularly communicate with the Area Manager to ensure alignment and progress
