Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in a corporate benefits role to join their friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with queries from a range of stakeholders
* Maintaining and monitoring the running of accounts
* Processing new employees onto the pension system
* Updating the database and maintaining client files
* Providing a seamless service to all clients
Key Attributes
* 2+ years in a corporate benefits role
* Excellent client services and administrative skills
* An excellent knowledge of Group Risk Schemes (essential)
* Direct knowledge of a range of benefit products including GPP, GSHR, GDIS, GIP, GPMI Group Travel & Dental and GCIC (essential)
* Auto enrolment and rebroke knowledge
* GR1 – Group Risk qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (desirable)
* A “can do” attitude, determination and a readiness to roll up your sleeves
* Ability to work independently
