Main Purpose of Job
The HR Coordinator will support the Head of HR, in delivering the HR strategy across Innovus through being immersed in the HR team. Although an administration role, the ideal candidate will have a passion and understanding of all areas of HR. This role will act as support for all areas including Recruitment, HR Advisory, Internal Communications as well as Learning and Development as well as;
Providing administrative support and advice across the full employee lifecycle to the HR Services Team and to the wider business. You will work as part of an expert team responding to daily queries and being an integral part of the Innovus HR team in the delivery of a first-class service to the business.
