We are looking for an Admin Assistant for the Reabling Bridging Service based in Bristol (BS5). Enhanced DBS is essential for this role.
18.5hrs a week:
Wednesday – 09:00am – 12:30pm
Thursday – 08:00am – 16:00pm
Friday – 08:00am – 16:00pm
This is a contract running from November until July 2025.
Duties will include:
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
* Processing of referrals into the Reablement Bridging Service.
* Submitting referrals to the external Reablement Bridging Service providers.
* Creation of referrals to the internal BCC Social Work teams.
* Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Service User records.
* Handling of sensitive data.
* Gain, pass and process information regarding Service Users.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
* 5 GSCE's or equivalent experience including English and Maths.
* Effective administration skills, with knowledge of administrative procedures.
* Good literacy and a high level of accuracy in data management, record keeping and data entry.
* Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to a range of people, able to work as part of a team or under own direction.
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook beneficial.
