We are currently looking for a Chef to join our talented team ready for summer. We are an award-winning restaurant that uses fresh seasonal produce to showcase Scottish dishes. Potential for full-time or part-time position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career as a chef by learning from some very talented chefs. You may have some experience already or be studying cookery and looking for part-time hours during term time/full-time over summer. Salary will be dependent on experience and position attained.
You will be working alongside the Head Chef to deliver impeccable standards and consistency throughout service. You will be expected to work across all sections of the kitchen as well as leading the pass, stock control, ordering, etc.
You should be a motivated, hardworking individual who is eager to learn and is passionate about Scottish food. A professional and proactive attitude will be required at all times. Candidates must have experience using fresh produce and a passion for experimenting with new ideas. You must be available to work over summer and at Christmas and New Year (excluding 25, 26 Dec and 1st Jan, which we are closed).
