Based in our North West offices, this role reports directly to the Head of Risk and Compliance, offering a unique opportunity for substantial interaction with AHK’s senior leadership. This opportunity is aimed at Management level and reports directly to the Head of Risk and Compliance and will have considerable exposure to AHK’s senior management. Required Work Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in a Compliance Role. Experience in the TIC sector (desirable but not essential) Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity. Proven ability to adapt to new industries/ environments and workplace cultures. Leadership of and / or participation in projects and / or programmes Worked within an international matrix organisation, working across multiple countries, time zones and functions. Experience of working with and managing a broad cross-section of people in terms of varied levels of seniority and cultural backgrounds. Evidence of having embraced new challenges, quickly familiarising oneself in a new company in terms of company organisation structure, business goals and internal/ external stakeholders.
