BAND SENIOR NURSING ASSISTANT VACANCIES IN THE OXFORD CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL

Main duties of the job
This role will involve caring for children on Tom's Ward with the support of a registered nurse and being responsible for some house-keeping duties. Training will be given to successful applicants who will be required to complete a set of competencies enabling them to undertake specific additional nursing care duties and responsibilities.
Tom's Ward is an acute, surgical children's ward which accommodates up to patients between the ages of -years. Tom’s ward primarily cares for patients requiring emergency and elective surgery from a variety of specialities, offering a diverse experience and a fantastic opportunity for a newly appointed Senior Nursing Assistant.
