We are seeking a talented and driven Architect to join our team in Nottingham and play a key role in launching a new architectural studio in collaboration with our property development company.

We are a UK-based property development company with a strong focus on creating high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing HMO properties. Our team works collaboratively, sharing expertise and resources to deliver exceptional projects. With a portfolio of 250+ properties across Nottingham, we are expanding our vision and establishing an in-house architectural studio.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a qualified architect (RIBA and ARB registered) to take on a leadership role, working closely with our director to shape and grow the studio. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering innovative residential projects, from concept through to completion.
You will exhibit the following skills/experience:
* A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
* Be able to demonstrate that you have acted as a Lead Designer
* Proven work winning capability and understanding of procurement process in the UK
* Can demonstrate experience of working across all RIBA stages
* Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
* Understanding of BIM processes
* Ability to work individually or as part of a team at all stages of the architectural process
* Confident in Revit would be an advantage
* A sound understanding of building regulations and construction technologies
* Necessary professional Health & Safety qualification.
