We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our dedicated team based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support our Sales and Sub-Broker teams.
The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for the following:-
Job Details
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth processing of client requests, inquiries, and sales materials.
o Maintain and update CRM systems when required
o Track and report on sales performance, providing data-driven insights to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
o Support and upskill Sub Brokers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
o Act as the first point of contact for post-onboarding support, responding to and resolving queries related to submissions, deals, and broker issues.
o Perform Right First Time (RFT) checks on sub-broker deals to ensure compliance with company standards, driving quality improvements.
o Coordinate the resolution of complex broker issues, working closely with brokers to understand and address their needs.
o Use Excel and other data analysis tools to produce report and trend analyses that will help brokers improve their submissions and overall quality.
o Support brokers with information requests
o Conduct monthly audits of broker sales and performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for review and improvement.
o Identify opportunities for streamlining administrative and sales processes, contributing to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
As a Sales Support Administrator at Utility Bidder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the sales team can focus on what they do best—selling!
Requirements
o Experience: Minimum of 12 months in an administrative, sales support, or analytical role, ideally within the energy sector (training provided if necessary).
o Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis), PowerPoint, Word. Power BI knowledge is desirable.
o CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, or similar platforms for managing client relationships and tracking sales performance.
o Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey complex information in a clear, approachable manner.
o Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
o Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
o Self-Starter: An assertive, resilient individual who takes initiative and is eager to learn and grow.
