Lead Generation Specialist - Estate Agency Location: Coventry, UK (Remote Working) Salary: £18,000 paid annually on contractor basis, plus phenomenal commission structure (Detailed below) Role Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the business by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Coventry area working with an expert team of property professionals who will allow you to work totally autonomously to your own schedule, but will always be on hand for support, training and advice Responsibilities: Responding to incoming enquiries booking appointments. Managing a database of registered applicants and mining to generate new viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments, solicitor referrals and survey referrals. Expertly support and manage the social media channels to expand company presence & generate more interest. Building rapport with current clients and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborating with colleagues to facilitate property viewings and client catchups. Providing excellent customer service and garnering positive client reviews. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to mine data and generate leads. Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule. Strong phone etiquette and negotiation skills. You will need our own laptop, phone, car and clean license.
