Regional Engagement Manager Location: North East (Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham) Salary: £35,000 Contract: Full-time, Field-Based We are seeking a motivated Regional Engagement Manager to join our growing organisation. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking and recruitment experience who is passionate about helping people develop skills and secure sustainable employment. You will work closely with stakeholders, employers, and job seekers to promote and deliver our pre-employment AEB training courses across the North East region. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including DWP, charities, training providers, and community groups Source, interview, and assess potential candidates for training courses Manage relationships with JCP and referral partners to ensure course promotion and candidate referrals Identify local training and employment needs to support community engagement Attend recruitment, learner, and marketing events to build a strong pipeline of candidates Promote courses through social media and networking to increase engagement Provide accurate data and reports on candidate progress and stakeholder engagement What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, learner engagement, or stakeholder management Knowledge of the North East labour market and training provision Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by helping individuals gain the skills they need to re-enter the workforce.
