Take the lead in promoting safety, health, and environmental excellence across the London and South East region. As a QSHE Business Partner, you'll be a key figure in driving compliance, supporting site and regional management teams, and delivering impactful training to shape a safer and healthier work environment.
Your Role
As the QSHE Business Partner for the London South East region, you will be instrumental in ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld across multiple sites. Reporting to the Operations Manager and National Safety and Health Manager, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to support compliance, lead safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
* Implement Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements in line with company and legal standards.
* Conduct IMS audits as part of the Global Audit Program (QSHE).
* Lead the development and delivery of Safety and Health leadership training programs.
* Support site management in investigating incidents and developing remedial actions.
* Conduct Fire Risk Assessments and assist with improvements where needed.
* Manage and execute benchmarking audits of selected sites.
* Deliver IOSH Managing Safely courses across designated areas.
* Support QSHE governance and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
* Liaise with external authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
* NEBOSH Level 3 certification (NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma preferred).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional role, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
* Strong knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and its application.
* Proven ability to manage projects and deliver effective training programs.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and course authoring software.
* Train-the-Trainer certification (preferred).
* Strong organizational skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
