Long Term Futures is looking for a dedicated behaviour mentor to work within a KS2 class at an amazing school in the CV3 area. A behaviour mentor positively impacts the life of a child. You will be facilitating a safe and controlled learning environment for a child to learn to thrive in, allowing them to reach their full academic potential.

Developing and delivering structured sessions to children to develop emotional resilience
Working with small groups or 1:1 with children who require emotional and mental support to aid their academic progression
Work closely with student's week to week to set personal goals
Implement strategy for students to reach set goals
Build bonds with staff to keep an open communication line on progress of students
Monitor and record the progress of students in behaviour mentor sessionsQualifications:
Previous experience working with challenging behaviour in schools
Team teach is desirable
The ability to plan and deliver structured sessions to students
Commitment to students and facilitating their progression in set sessions
Ability to create strong bonds with student and staff for proficient communication
Understanding of how to work with young children (ages 6-11)Apply now!
