We have a current requirement for a productivity Surveyor to join our HSEQ Division on a full-time permanent basis, the role will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid working capacity. The purpose of the Productivity Surveyor role is to help understand WGM Productivity better and give a key focus on how this can be improved. To identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality. To provide guidance and support to help streamline their workflows, manage their time effectively, and achieve their goals. Main duties and responsibilities Carrying out Productivity Site Observations, capturing the amount of time spent on each task and identify any, efficiencies, good practices or inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Analyse data to identify patterns and trends. Interpret the data and present their findings in a clear and concise manner. Produce detailed reports of their observation. Work closely with the business to implement changes based on their recommendations. Provide ongoing advice and coaching to the business To be considered for this position you will have at least 2-3 years previous experience within a similar level role ideally within an engineering or construction environment. You will have excellent working of quality and environmental systems and procedures and have a good awareness of ISO9001, ISO14001 quality standards. Experience auditing, implement improvement activities and building a positive culture within a business is essential for the role, travel will be required to various sites across the country so a full UK driving license is essential for the position.
