As a Digital Change Lead, you will play a crucial role in the successful adoption of this transformative technology. Working closely with our Digital Change Managers, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support change management processes that enable seamless transitions to new digital ways of working. Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as 'Priority' and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification. Main duties of the job The post holder will be accountable to the Digital Change Manager for successful delivery of change management plans and activities to support Digital Implementations. Digital Change Lead will establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, using these relationships to facilitate service led change and assess the capability and capacity for transformational digital change To liaise with the D&I Staff to ensure the delivery of new digital systems or technologies are delivered safely and offering a level of value to the service and patients. Liaise with the Benefits realisation manager or, if appropriate, benefits owners to ensure that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved and measured after the project has been completed for the organisation. Ensure benefit manager is supported with relevant metrics during implementation of new digital implementations and innovations to demonstrate effectiveness.
