We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sustainability team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant and BREEAM Assessor in Birmingham or Manchester. The role is primarily to lead and support BREEAM New Construction assessments and undertake Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for projects across the UK, however there is opportunity to diversify skills and input across our wider sustainability offering which includes the following services: Sustainability Statements for planning applications Embodied carbon reduction strategies Greenhouse gas assessments Whole Life Carbon Assessments Circular Economy Statements BREEAM Refurbishment BREEAM in-use Home Quality Mark Net zero carbon strategies ESG strategies Essential Skills/Experience We are looking for passionate sustainability advocates with the following essential skills and experience: Undertaking BREEAM assessments BREEAM New Construction Licenced Assessor BREEAM Advisory Professional Use of One Click or other LCA software Experience of project management including preparation of fee proposals, budgeting, delivering to a deadline, and leading meetings Business development and client relationship management The candidate should also be able to travel to sites and projects across the UK.
