Responsibilities:
1. Manage a mixed caseload of Personal Injury claims, including Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Occupiers' Liability (OL), Public Liability (PL), and Employers' Liability (EL).
2. Handle cases from inception to settlement, ensuring all procedural and statutory requirements are met.
3. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and correspond with clients, solicitors, experts, and insurance companies.
4. Prepare cases for litigation, ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and court deadlines.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant statutory legislation and case law to provide accurate and effective legal advice.
6. Liaise with clients and other parties, offering high levels of client care and professionalism.
7. Ensure cases are progressed efficiently while meeting performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in Personal Injury litigation is desirable.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of Personal Injury law, litigation processes, and the CPR.
3. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently, ensuring attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
4. Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
5. Experience in managing RTA, OL, PL, and EL cases.
