Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in St. Ives in Cambridge on a part-time basis, 23 hours per week.
This pharmacy is located within a great community and surrounded by local shops and the GP surgery, with whom we have a great relationship. It's a great environment with good scope for development and excellent commercial opportunities working alongside a growing team.
How our pharmacy makes a difference:
* It dispenses 6000/6500 items a month/week.
* It provides all NHS services.
* It dispenses 15/20 community blisters.
The successful candidate will work 3 days a week: Thursday (9-6), Friday & Saturday.
The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 3 experienced team members.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent, and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.
We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
We are focused on mental health and wellbeing, which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
