As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our residential service and ensuring the well-being of our young people.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide effective care and support, promoting independence and empowerment
- Supervise and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, leading to improved outcomes for residents
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance and improvement initiatives to maintain and improve the standards of care and service delivery
