We're seeking a highly motivated, factory-based Reliability Engineer to join our team at the McLaren Technology Centre. This new role will be pivotal in ensuring the flawless build, sign-off, and delivery-to-car of F1 car sub-assemblies.
Your Mission:
* Collaboratively develop and implement methodologies for efficient sub-assembly builds, minimising the risks of human error in a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Lead fault resolution, working with Engineering, Build, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams.
* Create process documentation where necessary and participate in selected design reviews.
* Implement audit activities for sub-assembly builds and final sign-off.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Engineering degree or equivalent.
* CAD knowledge with GD&T understanding.
* ERP/MRP and MS Office proficiency.
* 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced, precision engineering environment (F1 or similar).
* Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and process visualisation skills.
