What skills and experience we're looking for
Good degree in an appropriate discipline related to ScienceTeaching Qualification together with QTS
Strong & secure subject knowledge in Science up to GCSE and/or A level
Recent & relevant teaching experience
Good understanding of the curriculum development
Experience of leading a team
Excellent classroom practitioner that can model best practice
Able to use student level data to raise standards
