Job Purpose
To support and install company-provided products and services used by customers. To assist the Key Accounts sales account managers in the selling of technical solutions to business customers.
Main Accountabilities
1. Design & Install network products and solutions for Key Account customers.
2. Assist in the provision of support for Key Account customers who have purchased solutions and services.
3. Assist the sales team in understanding the target products for a particular solution sale.
Required Qualifications/Certifications
Demonstrable certifications with a mainstream vendor as appropriate to a senior network engineer.
Key Accountabilities - PreSales & Design
1. Work with each Key Account sales manager, as requested, to ensure that professional and technically correct responses are promoted for each proposal to a customer, including creation of suitable bills of materials and supplier liaison.
2. Ensure that proposals to customers include suitable information about the installation work required, pre-requisites, and caveats.
3. Other PreSales tasks as assigned.
Broader Contribution to the Company
1. Suggest improvements to team and company processes, procedures, and platforms.
2. Actively contribute to team meetings.
3. Generate and improve content on Team Intranet and documentation sites.
4. Assist in mentoring team members and helping them improve their technical knowledge and certification.
5. Develop and promote good working relationships with other departments within the company.

Hybrid-Working Policy
You will be contracted to work from the office; however, Babble operates a non-contractual Hybrid Working Policy whereby you will be required to be in the office on company anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and will be able to work from home on Wednesday and Friday, unless your role has different requirements.
