The Reynard Surgery is looking to recruit an advanced nurse practitioner to join our well-established ANP team. We currently have 3 well-established and experienced ANPs and are now looking to increase the size of this very busy team.
Main duties of the job
1. Demonstrate a high level of expertise within the specialist service providing advice, education, and support to staff, patients, their families, and carers.
2. Practice autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner within the designated specialty area to provide patient-centered clinical care. This will encompass the skills of advanced clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment within an agreed scope of practice throughout the directorate.
3. Support new ways of working that emphasize a more efficient and patient-focused service, ensuring the safe treatment, referral, and discharge of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations in their area.
4. Lead the ongoing development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including the development of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.
5. Work towards all QOF targets.
