Technical Competence: Robust working knowledge of financial reporting standards, auditing standards, and methodologies, with at least three years experience of practical application or providing advice and guidance in these areas. Project Management and Transformation: Experience of delivering complex projects that have contributed to organisational improvement. Resource Planning and Budgeting: Experience of planning and managing the use of resources for multiple activities within budget constraints. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop, motivate, and lead teams. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders.
